夕方の平日来訪。店内はやや空いてました。
頼んだのは、具沢山の醤油バターパスタと
ビーフシチュー。
提供時間は10分か15分程度だったと思います。
そこまで待たされなかったかと。
お店がやや空いていたせいかな。
私たちの他に1組しかおらずその1組も注文を終え、
まったり喋っていた様子。
具沢山の醤油バターパスタ、とにかく野菜がうまい。
新鮮。野菜、鮮度いいの使ってる。美味しい！
しめじのキノコ類も鮮度いい！キノコの旨味がぎゅうっと入ってる。ナスも美味しい。
多分小松菜らしき葉物の野菜も甘くて鮮度よくてシャキシャキでうますぎる。ベーコンもアクセントで美味しい。麺はモチモチで太麺でややアルデンテ。
あんまり太麺は好きではないけれども、美味しい！
野菜が美味しいのでそれを生かすためのバター醤油味。
うますぎる。。
旦那のビーフシチューも美味しそうだったけれども、
食べていないので分からず..
ただ、ビーフシチューの中に何故かパスタの太麺がどっさり。合わないことはないかもだけど、パン2枚もシチューについてくるので、炭水化物祭り。
パンはサクサクで普通に美味しい。
シチューは、さらりとしたシチューではなく、どろりとしたシチュー。お肉は大きいものがごろりと惜しげも無く入ってました。ただ、味は分からず。
他のメニューも食べてみたい！！
また来たいです。
あ、あと、口コミで店主の方に無視をされたようなとありますが、店主の方は作業に集中しているのではないでしょうか？かなり大きめの声で何回か声をかけたら、気づいて頂けましたし、気付かずすみませ〜ん！と。
厨房の中にいると食洗機やら換気扇やら洗い物などしてたら水の音も常にしていて雑音も大きいし聞こえづらいのかも？
