お盆で帰省、車で長野県に向かう途中にランチです。町田のお店(今は閉店)は1回だけ利用した事があります。
濃厚煮干豚骨900円 和え玉200円
スープはラーメンにしては少なめ、でも濃厚な煮干がガツンと来て凄い旨いです。
麺は博多豚骨のようなパッツン麺、どろどろスープと絡んで絶妙。
一緒に行った息子は、久し振りに旨いラーメン食べたって感動してスープも完飲してました。
