北里大学病院の6階にある雰囲気の良いレストラン。
私は毎月1回、両親と私の3人で食べています。
5年前からなので、数十回のリピーターです。
最初は色々なメニューに挑戦していましたが、4年前からは私は「オムライス」一筋です。
このレストランのオムライスに魅せられ何十皿平らげたことでしょう。
今日も
★チキンとチーズのとろ〜りオムライス(税込940円)
このメニューの名前に偽りはありません。
とろ〜りたっぷり卵のオムライス。
「いつでも同じ仕上がり」で手を抜いたことをみたことありません。
厚みがあるけど卵は何個使っているのかしら？
北里大学病院の近くは養鶏場が多く産みたて卵のお店が数カ所あるので、美味しい新鮮な卵が手に入るのかも。
父と母は今回は
★ 秋の天丼とうどん(税込1200円)
★ 蒸し鶏と梅しらすの雑炊(税込720円)
いつもは食事には辛口評価の母も「美味しいわね」と残さずに雑炊を食べてました。
食後は3人で丹沢の山々を眺めながら毎回ホットコーヒーを飲みます。
毎度のことながら美味しいランチに感謝しています。
