今日は相模原市の橋本までやって来ました。お昼をとるためにチェックしていたお店に行ってみましたが、まだ営業時間ですが早仕舞してしまったようです。橋本は土地勘がないので、仕方なくお連れ様が検索して向かったのが商業施設の「ミウィ」。この施設には大きな駐車場が併設されているので便利です。車を停めて5階のレストラン街に向かいます。駐車場から店内にはいり、真っ直ぐ歩いて歩いて行くと、明太子の食べ放題メニューが目に入りました。店頭にはショーケースがあります。辛子明太子が食べ放題とありますね。早速入店してみると結構お客さんが入っていた。適当な席に着いて席に備え付けのメニューを拝見。
お連れ様は相原高校コレボメニューの「特製デミソースのハンバーグ」を選択。私は通常メニューから「たっぷり野菜の和風おろしハンバーグ定食」1,180円を注文。ご飯は白ご飯か十五穀米が選べるというので私は十五穀米でお願いしました。お連れ様は、“明太子を食べるるんだったら白ご飯でしょ”と白米を選択。なるほど言われてみればそうでした。お冷やお茶は、入口付近にあるブッフェコーナーから頂いて自分でセッティング。ブッフェコーナーには沢山のおかずが用意されています。
明太子、ポテサラ、ゴマ豆腐、煮物、青菜などを取って席に持ち帰ります。席に持ち帰るとすぐに料理がだされました。随分と早い提供です。和風ハンバーグは熱々の鍋で、ハンバーグの上に大根おろしが乗っています。他にポテト、カボチャ、ナス、玉ねぎなどの野菜が入っていました。和風ハンバーグは箸で簡単に切れる柔らかさ。味付けは、和風と言うだけあって出汁のようなスープで煮込まれている。スープ用にレンゲも付いています。
ブッフェでもらってきたおかずをご飯の上に乗せて頂きました。明太子がタップリあるのでやはり白米の方がよかったかも。味噌汁には沢山具材が入っていました。この日の相模原のさくらは満開でしたよ。
