2014年11月に「汁なしラーメン イプサ」が「貝だしラーメン＆濃厚牡蠣つけ麺」の店としてリニューアルオープン |
2023年11月18日12時15分の訪問です。
向かいの駐車場に車を停めまして10人程の行列に並びます。
食券を先に購入するように貼り紙がしてあります。
私は牡蠣ソバ(950円)連れは牡蠣そばと牡蠣めしのセット(1170円)を券売機で購入します。
スタッフさんが人数確認して食券を先に渡します。
回転が早くて待つこと25分でカウンター席にご案内。
席はカウンターのみ9席です。
席に着くと2分ほどで牡蠣ソバがやってきました。
すぐに貝めしも提供されて役者が揃ったところで
いただきます。
まずはスープからとろ〜んとした濃厚な牡蠣スープがもはやラーメンの域を超えています。
麺行きます。中太縮れ麺ですね。
スープと良く合っていて素晴らしいハーモニーを醸し出しています。
穂先メンマにラー油がチョットかかっており上品な味わいが良いアクセントになります。
焼豚は少し歯応えのあるタイプですね。
途中で貝めしを一口いただきましたがこれまた絶品ですね。
スープと一緒にいただくと濃厚なリゾットの様です。
麺が少なく感じるのは実際に少ないのか美味しいからそう感じるかは不明ですが、次は大盛りにしようかと思ってしまいました。
スープ全部飲みで完食です。
ご馳走様でした。
