熟成肉を堪能！
家族が「熟成肉を食べたい！」と言うので、橋本駅近の「レッドキングコング」さんを訪問。
事前に予約を入れていってのですが、まだ入れそうな感じでもありました。
ここのお店の売りは熟成肉！
肉！肉！肉！と肉を満喫する気持ちです。
まずはスパークリングワインを注文。
そして肉が焼けるまでの料理も選びました。
・海鮮カルパッチョ
・シーザーサラダ
・やまと豚ソーセージ３種盛り
いよいよ肉の注文です。
今日、食べられるお肉のボードを持ってきてくれます。
その中から選ぶシステムになっています。
今回は２種類の味を楽しむことにしました。
一つは、「短角和牛・ミスジ３０５ｇ」。
もう一つは「黒毛和牛・リブロース ２９５ｇ」。
焼く前のお肉も見せに来てくれます。
その間にもワインは進み、白ワイン、そして赤ワインに変えたころに、いよいよお肉の登場です。
熟成され、赤見がました熟成肉。
薄くカットしてあるので、とても食べやすいです。
個人的には、厚めの肉も食べてみたい気持ちもありますが･･･。
足りないかなと思いましたが、４人で十分満足でした。
家族はガーリックトーストも注文していました。
次はコースで注文しておくのもいいかもしれないと思いました。

今回会は3種類の熟成肉を注文。
リブロース。
内もも。
しんたま。
個人的には、しんたまが美味しかったかな。
スパークリングワインから赤ワインとワインも堪能。
