土曜日の夜、予約して行ってみました。
広い店内にスタッフ3名で営業されており、お客さんも3.4組ほど…。
まず飲み物は自家製生レモンサワーをチョイス♪とてもサッパリしていて美味しい！
料理は、モリモリ注文しました♪
・熟成肉 サーロイン400g
・生ハムと焼きリンゴのサラダ
・スモーキーポテトサラダ
・熟成肉牛カツ
・熟成牛すじとモッツァレラのトマト煮込み
・パンの盛り合わせ
まずメインのサーロインは、サーロインなだけあってジューシーで柔らかくて美味しかった。炭火焼きなのでとても香ばしく、ほどよく味付けもされていてそのままでも美味しくいただけます。
付け合わせのマッシュポテトもクリーミーでよく合う。
他の料理もどれも美味しかったですが、特にスモーキーポテトサラダは、本当にスモーキーで香ばしく止まらなくなります。お値段もお手頃で良かった♪
牛カツは、少し固かったかな…？
トマト煮込みも美味しかったです！
店員さんの接客も良かったので、また行きたいと思います！ご馳走様でした。
