"Pork Cutlet Matsunoya," a restaurant specializing in pork cutlets and fries, opened in front of Sagamihara Station for 24 hours in 2016! There used to be a Gyudon (Beef bowl) Matsuya in this place. This place was renovated and reopened under the guise of "Pork Cutlet Matsunoya." Matsuya in Gyudon (Beef bowl) and Pork Cutlet Matsunoya were transformed from Gyudon (Beef bowl) to Tonkatsu, which was realized because they were both group companies. Just like in Gyudon (Beef bowl) restaurant, we are open 24 hours a day and serve a variety of delicious Pork Cutlet, fried and curry dishes as well as take-out Side Dishes and Bento (boxed lunch). 11時50分頃入店、食券購入して着席。
先客6-7人、後客10人程度。席の埋まり具合は1/3から1/2ですが回転が良いお店です。
半年前の「松のや橋本店」では、ローズカツ定食でしたが、今回の「松のや相模原店」では併設の「マイカリー食堂」メニューを選びます。
手仕込み ロースカツカレー(普通) 590円 (3辛：特辛)
ライスは普通盛りに、辛さは[３辛：特辛]に抑えて注文しました。
約10分で呼び出しが掛かって料理を取りに行きます。
カレーの色は赤っぽい茶色。
お皿1/3に盛られたライスの上にとんカツ、あとは福神漬けと至ってシンプルです。
カレーはプレーン。辛さを確かめると、今一つ足りないので、添付されている辛味スパイスの小瓶から小さじ2杯をカレーに混ぜ込むと、ピリッとした感じが加わり、丁度良い辛さとなりました。
とんカツは、カラッと揚がっていて、食感良好です。ロースの脂身の甘さも口の中に広がって、美味しい。ライス、カツ、カレーが口の中でハーモニーを奏でています。こちらのお店は良い仕事をしています。
味の深みではココイチかも知れませんが、こちらはとにかく価格がリーズナブルですから。また来たいと思わせるお店です。
