平日の１４時を過ぎていましたが、丁度仕事の切りがよく
１人で回転すしを食べながら軽く一杯呑みたくてこちらへ
モアーズの地下にエスカレーターで降りお店に行くと
こんな時間でしたが、先客が５組程待っていてびっくり
受付も席の案内も画面で手続きでシステム化が凄いですね。
カウンター席に着席しタッチパネルで注文。
注文は、ハイボール、かんぱち、かつお、しらす、ビントロ
天然ぶりあん肝乗せ、いくら、赤貝、鰻、期間限定の馬刺し食べ比べ
期間限定の馬刺しは少し期待しましたが、とろはまあいいとして
赤身炙りは炙らない方がいいんじゃないかなと、
ねぎとろ細巻はガーリックチップがアクセント？
ガーリックチップはよくわかりませんでした。
一人呑みしながらなので普段より食べ過ぎました。
満腹・満足、ご馳走様でした。
