家族と夕食で伺いました。
ほんの少し早めの時間帯だったためか、フロアの店員さんが一人しか見あたらず、自分たちの他には2～3組程度で席はがら空きだったにも関わらず、後からきたお客さんは店に入れてもらえず、店の外に並ばされていました。
がら空きの店内を見て「何故空いているのに並ばせているんだ」と店員さんに詰め寄っているお客さんの姿も見受けられました。
人が足りなくて手が回らなかったということなのでしょうが、最初のコース説明も非常に簡単で、オーダーの仕方などの説明はほぼ抜け落ちていました。
最初の鍋の準備やお肉が出てくるのにもかなりの時間がかかりましたし、その後も頼んだ飲み物が出てこない、お寿司が出てきても醤油がテーブルに無いなど、細かい不手際の連続でした。
少し時間がたって店員さんが増えてからは若干落ち着きを取り戻したようでしたが、それでも客数のわりに店内がバタついている印象は否めませんでした。
オープンしてから3ヶ月ほど経過しているかと思いますが、もう少しなんとかならないのかと思いました。
以前アリオ内にあったしゃぶしゃぶの食べ放題のお店の方がオペレーションとしては各段に優れていましたし、お店にも活気が有ったように思います。
客層としてはお一人のお客さんや学生さんが目立ちました。
確かにあの接客だと家族連れや団体客には厳しいと思います。
お肉に関しては可もなく不可もなく無難なレベルですが、自分で焼けるワッフルはなかなかおいしかったです。
