とある用事で橋本を訪れた際訪問。
実は初めてではなく、3度目位の利用になる。
一応チェーン店らしいのだが、店数は非常に少なく、メニューも豊富で美味しく、チェーン店らしからぬチェーン店。
金儲け拡大主義のチェーン企業と違い、実直に料理・サービスに主軸を置いているグループという印象。
特にパスタのメニューは非常に多彩で、どれを選んでも中々美味しい上に、麺の量がM(200g)、L(300g)、LL(400g)全て同価格で選べるという好サービス。
ピザやワイン・ビールのおつまみ的なメニューも充実。
本日はメインとして；
・どっさりいくらの和風バター (1,899円 税抜)
・紅ズワイ蟹のごちそうクリームピッツア (1,399円 税抜)
・こぼれスパークリング (399円 税抜)
更におつまみに；
・柔らかい牛タンの赤ワイン煮込み (699円 税抜)
上記のために追加で；
・フランス製グラスワイン(メルロー) (499円 税抜)
をオーダー。
まずは「どっさりいくらの和風バター 」が到着。
値段はそれなりだけど、本当にイクラが「どっさり」贅沢に乗っている。
麺の量はLLにしたが、それでもいくらの量は十二分。
味も、イクラの味を活かすように上品な味付け。Buonissimo!!
ピッツアもクリームチーズの甘い風味と蟹の身の旨味がほど良く交じり、濃厚でも爽やかで美味。
牛タンの赤ワイン煮込みについては、普通に美味しいワインの友、という感じ。
この日は土曜のお昼時ということも有り、中に入ると実は結構広い店内にほぼ満席の顧客、寒いのに外の席まで一杯だったけど女性のフロア係さん達は嫌な顔せず、大奮闘。
いつも感じ良い接客をしてくれ、忙しいながらも仕事を楽しんでいる若者たち、という好印象。青春だな。
以上まとめると、チェーン店らしからぬチェーン店、メニューも工夫を凝らし豊富で美味、接客も爽やかで好印象。近所にあったら嬉しいなと思わせるお店。
