ここはがんこ総本店の分家とのことですがオリジナルがわからない状態での訪問です。
醤油バラチャーシューをオーダー
澄んだ上品なスープ、黄色い麺、大きな薄いチャーシュー、穂先の細メンマ、どれも標準以上に美味しいです。
