JR淵野辺駅前で受け取ったビラにあったお店で、
つい最近開店された居酒屋さんのようです。唐揚げが美味しそう
でしたのでお邪魔しました。
お店は、JR淵野辺駅北口すぐのパチンコ屋さんの上にあります。
店内は広々としていて100人以上は入れるんじゃないでしょうか。
カウンター席とテーブル席などが多数あります。
着席すると新しいお店らしくメニューの紹介から始まります。
一押しは、四万十川？南アルプス？の天然水を飲み、平飼いで
飼育された清流若鶏の唐揚げらしく、グランプリで金賞を
受賞したとのことでした。
オススメされたら唐揚げは外せないね（笑）
注文したのは、
・モモ一本グローブ揚げ
・パクチーもやしの塩麹ナムル
・砂ずりザーサイ
・お通し
・ドリンク
です。
お通しのキャベツをかじりながら、数分待ちます。
まず、ナムルやザーサイから到着。すぐに唐揚げもきました。
モモ一本を丸ごと唐揚げにされているので、かなりボリューミー。
店員さんがカットしてくれます。ここでも鶏の説明をしてくれます。
かなり自信があるようです。
唐揚げは、カラッと揚がっていてジューシー。
ただ、金賞受賞というわりにはあまり特徴を感じなかったというか。
ナムルはパクチーが入っていて珍しい感じ。
砂ずりザーサイは砂ずりの食感がいいですね。
開店したてで慣れていないせいか、早く出てきそうな料理で
待たされたのは、ちょっとね。今後に期待です。
