・土曜日の17:55頃に訪問。開店前に先客は2名。18時となり1人づつ入店。
・食券制→入って左側の券売機にて購入。すぐに店員さんへ食券を渡し、席へ案内してくださりました。
・各席にはお盆にお箸やレンゲ、コップが用意されていました。
・着席後7〜8分程度で着丼。
まずはスープから。キレイで旨味が整っている印象の美味しいスープ。
麺は細麺、具材はチャーシュー2種類、味玉、メンマ、赤タマネギ、ネギ(青い部分と白い部分が分けられていました)、糸唐辛子。
食べていて具材の一つ一つにこだわりを強く感じましたが、特に鶏むね肉のチャーシューはとても柔らかく美味しくて感動しました。とても美味しかったです！
