今日の〆ラーは当店、電車を途中下車して訪ねた。駅を南口に出て大通りを少し歩いたところ。灯りは強いが決して華美なファサードでないところに好感を持つ。
神奈川県の県央エリアは、傑出したラーメン店が多い。当店は、フォローをしている方々のコメントによく登場するので保存をしていた。
19時頃だったので並びがあるかなと思ったが、天気が幸いしたかすんなり入店できた。
券売機に向かう。マルチョウと言う文言が目に入った。ホルモン系は好物。
どうやら期間限定商品のようだ。
購入はマルチョウそば1,000円とハイボール400円。
こちらへどうぞと、奥側のカウンター席に案内される。卓上にはお盆がすでに用意されている。
提供されたハイボールを飲みながら待つ。
程なく提供されたそば。
スープの色からしっかりした醤油系と分かる。これならマルチョウとの相性は良いだろう。
スープをひと口。想像通り、奥深さのある旨いスープだ。
マルチョウは白さが際立つ。大き目にカットされていて雑味がまったくない。噛み応えを楽しむことができた。
麺は低加水のストレート。スープとの相性は抜群だ。
初訪店から期間限定を選択した。次回は基本のラーメンを食べる必要があるだろう。
