今回は、神奈川・小田急相模原にあるお店「Sagamihara 欅」です
ここは食べログ百名店かつTRYラーメン大賞にも掲載されたラーメン店となっております
相模原市内の中でもベスト5に入るぐらい有名なお店だと思っております
メニューは醤油・味噌・塩ラーメンがあり、今回は塩ラーメンをいただきました

味玉塩らーめん 1,250円
塩ラーメン特有の透き通ったスープが見た目を鮮やかに演出
麺は細麺で食べやすい感じ
チャーシューは、鶏と豚の2種類が入っていました
どちらも柔らかくておいしかったですね
一度食べたら忘れられない味です
醤油と味噌も食べてみたいところです
