I went up the elevator and visited for the first time after 4pm, just after it opened on Sunday. There is no counter, so you will be shown to a two-seater seat right after entering. When I checked with the lady about what I was interested in on the snack menu, she said that the chicken wasato kataki is served with soy sauce on the table instead of ponzu sauce.
