相模大野駅にあるグリルフクヨシさん。
ハンバーグのチェーン店ですが、ワイルドで美味しそう。
ずっと行きたいしてました。
その名もとろけるハンバーグ！
半生で提供されて、仕上げはテーブルで！というスタイルです。
◻︎とろけるハンバーグS１５０g１，１８５円
◻︎サラダ、ライス、スープセット３３０円
テーブルにあるチャッカマンで自分で着火します。なんだか臨場感タカマルぅ〜。
まずは１分焼く。その後半分に割り断面を１分焼く。あとは好みでカットして断面に焼き目をつける…流れです。
店内のテレビでは井戸田潤さんがyoutubeの番組で来店された時の映像をエンドレスで流しています。調べたら２年くらい前みたいです。
ひと口サイズにカットして断面を焼いていたら、少し焼き過ぎちゃったかも∑(ﾟДﾟ)
井戸田さんのものは1/4サイズでジューシー。私は1／８にしてしまいました…ちょっと失敗。
それでも柔らかいですが、とろける食感ではないです。やらかした…(￣∇￣)
ハンバーグソースとステーキソースがあったので交互につけて楽しみました。
〆のお楽しみは…ガーリックライスです。お店のお姉さんがわざわざオススメしてくるんだからやらずには帰れない。
あ、ちなみにごはん、スープ、サラダはおかわり自由でした。
半分残しておいたライスを残った肉汁とミックス、追加でもらった固形燃料に火を入れてジューっと。ほどほどほぐれたら塩とガーリックパウダー、仕上げにハンバーグソースを少々。
うわ〜いい香りです。ごはんおかわりしそうになるのを自制して…
美味しいガーリックライスを堪能しました。
