動画で味噌ラーメンのお店探していたら、気になるこの店を発見。、、、しかしここはめちゃくちゃ行きにくいな。駅からかなり離れているし、バスは1時間に1本か。古淵駅からバスで麻溝台高校で降りて行きました。
1425イン。7割位の入り。思っていたより混んでるな。近くにはファミレスが結構ある。ここは駐車場完備の、いかにもロードサイドのお店って感じ。店内も広くファミレス的。活気はある。早速ぜいたく盛味噌ラーメン1342円+生ビール605円をチョイス。麺は中太と太麺が選べるが、中太をチョイス。通常は普通を選ぶが、ぜいたく盛だと、ひき肉やコーンも増えるみたいなのでこっちをチョイス。
ラーメンは10分待たずに出てくる。中々ゴツいな。ぜいたく盛は、分厚いチャーシューが3枚、味玉が1個、濃い味付けそうな肉そぼろ 、ワカメ、ネギ、背脂が載っている。まずはスープを一口。美味い。味噌の風味が良く、ほんのり甘味もある。そして濃厚さもしっかりある。チェーン店っぽい誰もが満足出来そうな味だ。
チャーシューで見えなかったが、もやしとちょっぴりのキャベツも載っていた。しっかり炒めてあって良し。麺は黄色中太麺で、ヌードル的で少し柔い。店のおすすめは太麺なので、そっちの方が良かったかな。
〆て1947円。現金のみ。味噌ラーメンでも名店系の深みがある味噌と言うより、万人向けでたまに食べたくなる美味しい味噌ラーメンでした。
