Visited in January 2024 This place is famous for its ``melting Hamburg'', but I ordered the skirt Steak as usual. My recommendation is the skirt Steak. Enjoy different flavors by adding soy sauce, Steak sauce, and Hamburg sauce in order. The meat is tender, full of flavor, and has a slight sweetness. I eat at Fukuyoshi restaurants all over the place, but the skirt steak is only available at the Fuchinobe branch (lol). Today was delicious too, thank you for the meal.
