相模大野駅北口から徒歩3〜4分ほど。
相模大野交差点付近の行幸道路沿いにお店がある。
平日のランチタイムだったが店内は80〜90%は埋まっていて
結構な賑わいを見せていた。
事前にネットで調べて北海道・厚岸産の牡蠣を食べたくて訪問したのだが
残念ながら夜にしか提供していないとのこと。
ところでこちらの注文方法が少し変わっている。
各テーブル上にあるQRコードからお店専用のアプリを自分のスマホにダウンロードして
その中にある商品を見て注文するシステムになっている。
厨房の担当者に直接伝わるため間違いも少なく、提供時間も短縮されるようだ。
今回は以下の料理をいただいた。
前菜：シルクスイートと生モッツァレラのカプレーゼ。
シルクスイートは大好きなサツマイモなので頼んでみたが予想以上に
平凡な調理で全般的な味のバランスももう一歩。
パスタ：黒毛和牛と黒豚のボロネーゼ・パッパルデッレ
鉄製の器で提供されるので熱々の状態が続くのが良い点。
通常のミートソースよりソースが多く、スープパスタのような状態。
味はごく普通で想定内だろうか。
今回は店内が混んでいたので早々に引き上げたが
豊富に揃った、ちょっとお洒落なメニューを楽しめる便利なお店だろう。
注文のシステムも合理的で好感が持てた。
