納豆朝ごはん（冷たいそば・生玉子）¥３８０−
県道の相模原愛川線「上溝バイパス」交差点周辺には、朝ご飯処が沢山ある。交差点の直ぐ傍には、朝7時から営業の「ラーメンショップ練間」。「上溝」交差点手前に24時間営業の「松屋_上溝店」。バイパスの「田名新宿」交差点近くに24時間営業の「吉野家129号線上溝店」。田名工業団地へ向かう途中に、朝6時から営業の「山田うどん食堂田名店」と、朝5時から営業の「ゆで太郎田名店」。よりどりみどりだが今朝は冷たいそばの気分。納豆たまごかけご飯と冷たいそばをサラサラと流し込み大満足。さて、次回の朝食を何処にするか悩ましい。

朝食納豆（温そば・生玉子）¥３９０−
「ゆで太郎田名店」と「山田うどん食堂田名店」は、パチンコ店の大きな駐車場を挟んで店を構えている。両店は早朝から営業して朝定食を扱っているのが嬉しい。今朝の気分は納豆。山田うどんの「ミニ納豆オクラ丼定食」と、ゆで太郎の「納豆定食」は、どちらも390円。迷ったが、揚げ玉サービスの魅力でゆで太郎を選択。厨房カウンターでトレーを受け取り、ご飯につぼ漬と揚げ玉をトッピング。そばにも揚げ玉をトッピングして、柚子粉と七味を軽く振りかける。席に戻って玉子を小鉢に割り入れる。納豆のパックを開いてかき混ぜ、たれとからしを投入。ご飯の上に納豆を展開し、小口切りのネギを散らす。この儀式が納豆ご飯をより美味しくしてくれる。そばにもネギを投入し、タヌキそばをたっぷり堪能。納豆ご飯を少し食べ進んだら、真ん中に窪みを造り玉子を溶いて流し込み、玉子かけ納豆ご飯への味変を愉しむ。朝から充実した食事に大満足。
