My first Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) at Fuchinobe, where I landed for the first time. Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), which I had never eaten with Nandakanda before. A wonderful shop called "Hitsuji-tei" happened to appear in front of me very early, just before 5pm. After killing some time, I went in. There were three customers in front of me. Is it okay for me to come in because I can't drink alcohol? A wonderful atmosphere. I went to a bar-like counter and ordered a service set for 980 yen. Inside the store, where jazz is playing, the kind host and staff explain how to grill the vegetables and place the meat on top. The lamb roll in the set has thin meat, so it cooks quickly. Add chili pepper and grated garlic to the sweet and spicy sauce recommended by the host. This sauce is so delicious! Since I can't drink alcohol, I decided to order more meat. When I asked my husband what he recommended, he said ``the shoulder roast is the most popular,'' so I ordered it! There are 4 pieces of meat that are cut much thicker than a lamb loin. It took a while because it was a thick cut, but it was still soft and ready to eat. Compared to thin lamb loin, it has more fat and is delicious! If you want to eat Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), we recommend the shoulder roast. By the way, rather than grilling meat on an iron plate, placing it on top of vegetables will preserve the soft texture. It seems that if you grill it like regular Yakiniku (Grilled meat), it will become tough. It seems that the grilling method differs depending on the restaurant, but the method of grilling it on top of the vegetables was good.
