久々にアジアン料理が食べたくなり、相模原駅の横浜銀行裏にベトナム料理店がある事を思い出して入店。私以外ベトナム人ばかりでしたが温かい感じがしたので全く気にしませんでした。お店イチオシのバインミー、生春巻、ベトナムビールを注文。ビールを飲みながら待っていたらバインミー登場！中々の大きさですが、かぶりつくとパンの歯応えが良く具材の食感と味つけも良いので半分を一気に食べてしまいました。生春巻は味噌に付けて食べてと説明され確かに味噌と合います！こういうパターンで頂くの初めてで味噌のコクとナッツの香りがいいです。バインミーが気に入ったので店員さんに話したら嬉しそうな顔をしてくれました。次はバンセオを食べに行きます！
