結論から言うと、
百年チャーハンうまい。
いわゆる１つの、『家庭では出せない例のあの味』ですなあ。気に入った。
シットリ寄りのパラパラな米は絶妙な美味さ。
野菜炒めは野菜たっぷりでかなり良い。
味付けも濃すぎずよい。
カロリーゼロ。罪悪感は皆無。
スープはおそらく醤油ラーメンのスープであろう。
だが、ネギを散らしてくれてるので嬉しい。
店員さんも明るく丁寧に元気で好印象。
こういう町中華はずっと続いてほしいなあ～。
