相模大野にあるこの店は、焼き立てのワッフルを提供してくれるありそうでなかったワッフル専門店。
ワッフルに好きなものを好きなだけトッピングして、お好みの組み合わせにシャッフルしたワッフルを頂けるというのがこの店のコンセプトのようだ。
とりあえず入店。店内ははっきり言って狭い。
メニューを見ると、確かにいろいろな組み合わせが出来るようで、それはそれでどう攻略すればいいか迷ったが、
私はノーマルワッフルにメイントッピングがエッグベネディクト、サイドトッピングはアボカドスライス。
連れはノーマルワッフルにメインが白玉小倉あん、サイドは抹茶アイスにソースも抹茶ソース。
結果、私がお食事系ワッフル、連れはデザート系ワッフルになった。
尚、追加料金でワッフルはダブル(２枚)にもできる。
しかし、焼き立てのワッフルってのはサクサクしていて実に旨い。
そこにエッグベネディクトとアボカドがいい仕事をしてくれてる。
ただ、食べてみると、このワッフルの位置付けが難しい。
食事としてみるべきなのか、おやつとしてみるべきなのか。
そこは食べた人の判断に任せますか。
