We visited on a weekday after 7pm without a reservation. The restaurant was empty, and we were shown to a room that was partitioned into half rooms, each with a table for four, and a movable wall between the room and the next room to accommodate groups of customers. The first floor is for non-smokers and the second floor is for smokers, and you can order from your seat using a touch panel. After toasting with draft beer, we ordered 4 fresh sashimi ・・・・・ The center of the tuna was frozen. Shime saba (mackerel cooked in front of you)... The waiter seared it with a burner at the table. 3 pieces of horse sashimi ・・・・・・・ Miyazaki Jidori chicken charbroiled over a charcoal fire・・・・ can enjoy the texture of Miyazaki Jidori chicken Sakufuwa Mentaiko Tempura ・・・・ deep fried Kanefuku's Mentaiko is cut and served with mayonnaise. I arrived after 6pm on a weekday without a reservation, but was seated on the second floor without any difficulty. The semi-private room was 80% full. What I received was: Kyushu original salad, mustard lotus root, horsemeat yukke, crispy and fluffy mentaiko tempura, 4 pieces of sashimi, fries, alcohol, draft beer, leftover black Kirishima from the previous bottle, lychee orange, Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) tea sour, fresh grapefruit sour, appetizer. Negitoro? ? ? However, the sashimi was thickly sliced and fresh. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
