橋本駅北口に新しく出来た立ち食い寿司店です。昼も夜も握りセットがありそれが人気みたいですが、軽くおつまみを食べながら飲むことになりました。ハイボールで乾杯してクエ、青柳、白烏賊を刺身にしてもらいクエとポン酢で食べると相性が抜群で青柳のヒモは海苔で巻いてくれました。甘エビの塩辛は塩麹と柚子がマッチしてお酒が進みます。
メニューにはないですが真鰯をガリと紫蘇の海苔巻でお願いしたら対応してくれ、鰯の脂がガリと紫蘇でサッパリして良いです。ツマミ用でトロタクと塩かっぱの細巻も頼み赤酢でコクのあるトロタク、刻まれたきゅうりとシンプルな味つけの塩かっぱがお酒のアテになります。バクダンは混ぜに混ぜて海苔で巻いて頂き、味つけが絶妙なブリ大根も美味しかったです。
0次会のつもりが立派な一次会になりました(笑)日本酒を飲むのを我慢した自分を褒めたいです。
