仕事が終わり、ビールが恋しくなり、下調べした「築地 鮨スタンド」さんに来店です。
ビールのあては諸レビューを拝読させていただき、真鰯とガリの紫蘇巻海苔巻をオーダーです。
鰯の新鮮さはもちろん、ガリのあっさり感がまたいいですね。
続いては、雲丹の軍艦、磯の香りと雲丹の美味さがいいですね〜
予定より一杯多めのビールでした。
