閉店された麻生の古民家風そば屋さんが、味を引き継いで淵野辺へ。
前のお店行ったことある人は、店内入った瞬間おぉ懐かしい～と感じる内装。
お蕎麦メニュー頼むと、約10品あるお惣菜から5品ついてくる（セルフ）スタイルです。
店主さんが素材の拘り説明とかもしてました。
オープン間もないせいもあってか、たどたどしい接客、厨房の声が騒がしすぎて落ち着かない、のもご愛嬌。
注文は季節オススメということで「夏野菜蕎麦」。
九割蕎麦らしいけど風味がとても弱くて...
蕎麦湯はあっさり系。
揚げ物は普通。
総菜類は全体的においしいけど味濃いなぁ。
落ち着いたら色々ブラッシュアップされるのかなと思います。
