先週が嫁の誕生日だったので、今日は横浜うかい亭に来ました。記念日などで年に何度か来ますが、いつ来ても、いい意味で驚きを与えてくれます。
ここに来ると、体と心が満足します。お値段は安くはないですが、年に何度かであれば仕方ないですね。今回のコースでは北寄貝がチキンステーキのような大きさで、またホタテのような貝柱でびっくりしました。こんな大きな北寄貝ははじめてです。とても美味しくボリュームがありました。鯛とキノコのソテーも皮のカリカリ感としっとりとした身が三種のキノコ相まって、たまらなかったです。忘れてならないのが、デザートです。専属のパテシエが作るデザートはまた格別ですね。いつも秋から冬に来るので、今度は違う季節に来て、旬の味覚を味わいたいと思います。
