キャビアやフォアグラ、アワビに和牛。
どれもこれも最高の食材を活かした料理に舌鼓。
とくにアワビは180gもある大物で、大満足。
アルコール類はかなりお高いが、ビール、白ワイン、赤ワインを料理に合わせて堪能できました。
1年の頑張りに対するご褒美ですね。
生演奏にあわせて伝統ある館での食事は素晴らしい。
最後はお店からお土産まで頂き大満足のおもてなしでした。
