休日の祝い事のランチにお招きされました。
場所は都心からは少し遠い中央林間からさらにタクシーを使わないと結構歩くところです。
外観は西洋建築のようにも、なんか昔の日本の家のようにもどちらも混ざったようなところで、中はアンティーク調のまるで迷路のような店内になっています。
今回は鉄板を囲む丸型カウンター席でした。
料理が目の前で行われますので香りも所作も楽しめます。
前菜は鯛から、デザートまでどれも感動でした。
その中でも栗のポタージュがまずはよかったです。
栗をスープにして飲んだのは初めてでしたが濃厚で美味しかったです。
オマール海老も肉厚で良い食感でした。
サーロインはオススメでお願いすると、結構表面がカリカリの食感になるくらいまで仕上げて頂きましたが脂も甘く、大変美味しかったです。
一切れ目を食べた時にはこれ重そうだなと思ったんですが、全然そんなことなくて、6切れ食べてもとてもスッキリした味わいでした。
サーロインを焼く時からガーリックライスまで、いずれも最初にニンニクに火入れされてますが、旨味を出すためにとても丁寧に炒めておられたのが印象的でした。
アクセスが大変ですけど是非また行きたいと思います。
