今日は、昨日の横浜スタジアム前店でのスーラータンメンの感激を引き続き、連れとともに大和店に来てしましました。
こちらも、中国の町の庶民の食堂の雰囲気。若干こぎれいかな。いいですね。この雰囲気。
連れは、スーラータンメンを注文。そして、私はたんたんめんを注文しました。あと、餃子も頼みました。
やってきました坦々麺880円。今回も刀切麺での注文です。
まずは麺。1センチくらいの極太平打ち手揉み麺。やはりしっかりしたコシ。まさに中華界のフィットチーネ。ただ、昨日食べたほうが少し固めの仕上がりでアルデンテチックだった気がする。今日は普通の仕上がり。スープとの絡みもスーラーとのほうが合っている気がする。いずれにしてもうまい。
次にスープ。ゴマの非常に利いた濃い目のコクスープ。辛みも程よくあり、比較的ノーマルな仕上がり。後半は、食べるラー油よろしく濃い目の色のラー油を具材含め投入。激辛いたらぬ大辛レベルに引き上げました。辛みとシャープさが加わりよりおいしくなります。
そして具。ひき肉、ザーサイ、ほうれん草と極めてシンプル。ホウレンソウが意外に量がありうれしい。ひき肉も穴あきレンゲで残さずいただきました（といっても、スープも全部飲んだので必要ないといえばなかったのですが）。
餃子は６こ。クーポンで100円。安い！！。肉がたっぷり詰まったチェーン店では珍しい高原価商品。お勧め。
坦々麺もおいしかったけど、やはり、この店ではスーラータンメンが一番のお勧めかも。
というわけで、大和でスーラーするならぜひ。
ちなみにこちら、今話題の藤本美貴の焼肉店のすぐ近くです。閉店してしまいましたね。
ラーメンって本当においしいものですね。それではまた。
