※首都圏を中心に展開中の中国ラーメン揚州商人。中国の街角を切り取ったような店内で、中国料理を原点とした中国ラーメンが味わえる国内唯一無二のお店です。
※代表者 三好 一太朗
中国から日本に渡って来たひいおじいちゃん。横浜中華街でひいおばあちゃんと知り合い結婚。床屋を経営していたひいおじいちゃん。当時日中戦争が始まり、中国人に対する偏見が高まり、店を壊され、しかたなく親戚をたよりに大森にひっそりと暮らし、ひいおじいちゃんと共に浅草雷門で中国料理店｢正華｣(現在、正華飯店直売所)を経営したおじいちゃん。特におじいちゃんの自慢は塩ラーメンで、揚州商人の塩ラーメンはおじいちゃんの味そのものを受け継いでます。揚州商人のラーメンはひいおじいちゃん以上におじいちゃんの影響を受けているかもしれません。ひいおばあちゃんもおばあちゃんも日本人だったので、父の体の中には四分の一しか中国の血は残っておりません。しかし中国家庭料理のおいしさは変わらず引き継がれ、この味はやはり先代の三人の合作であります。

飲食事業部、活力ﾗｰﾒﾝ元氣一杯本店開業。
1990年(平成02年)04月
株式会社ﾎｲｯｽﾙ三好設立。
1990年(平成02年)07月
中国ﾗｰﾒﾝ揚州商人目黒本店営業開始。
