上質で 夏を乗りきる 旨い肉
金曜日の仕事終わりに行って来ました。
予約訪問でしたが18時半でほぼ満席です。
さすが百名店の人気店です。
特選肉コース 5,500円を2人前でオーダー。
厚切りタン塩、分厚さ、弾力、沁み出る旨味、歯切れの良さ全て素晴らしいです。
トントロ含め塩焼き全部美味しくてテンションも上がります。
幻ロース、幻カルビ、上ロースどれも上質で柔らかく、肉の旨味と甘みを存分に味わうことが出来て大満足です。
この値段でこれだけ上質なお肉を味わえるのは感動です。
⚠写真は2人前です。もっと人数が増えれば肉ケーキのよいに盛り付けられるようです。
キムチ、ナムル、チヂミ、サラダもそれぞれ美味しいです。
最後はクッパか冷麺で冷麺を選びました。
少しピリ辛風味のスープと弾力麺でこちらもバッチリです。
猛暑を乗り切る肉パワー頂けました。
初訪問でコース予約しましたが、次回は単品で色々楽しみたいです。
