大和駅で焼き鳥屋を、tabelogでいろいろ探してたところ
駅から徒歩2分と近場、評価も良いこちらを発見、即決定。
場所は東口、ホテル東横インのななめ向かいにあります。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席にお座敷があり、照明は全体的に薄暗く、
デートや仕事帰りにしっぽり飲みたいときに向いてるね。
平日18時～お客さんの２組ほど、私達は入り口近くのテーブル席へ着席。
ビールを注文、お通しのキャベツが運ばれてくる。意外なのはこのキャベツ、
塩だれが流行っている昨今にダイレクトに生キャベツで勝負。味付けなし。
備え付けのソースをかけたり、そのまま味わったりするのが逆に新鮮。

豚カルビ
トマト焼き
チャンジャ
串が出てくるスピードはちょうどいい。
焼きあがる間にチャンジャをつつき早くこないかなぁと待つ時間も楽しいもの。
白レバーはごま油につけて頂く、どれも焼き加減がよく肉質もなかなか。
ただおいしいだけに小ぶりなのが勿体ない。（なに、もっと頼めとな？）
いえいえ1串のダイナミックさを味わいたいのです。
スタッフの気配りもよくできてるので、次は長居していろいろ頼んでみよう。
この店の良さは駅近という好立地とスタッフの対応によるところが大きいんだろうな。
