食べログの焼肉・神奈川のランキングで上位に3店舗も入っている
神奈川の焼肉激戦区、大和にある焼肉屋です。
毎日店の前を通るので気になっていたので来店してみることに。
店内は小奇麗で、中華料理屋のような雰囲気。
店員さんたちは感じが良く、気持ちの良い接客で、
お茶がなくなるとすぐに注ぎに来てくれたりと、よく気が付いてくれました。
肉は名門カルビとロースをオーダー。
名門カルビは790円と割安ですが、ロースは1080円と少々高め。
ただ、量と質を考えるとロースもそこまで高くないかなと。
しげ吉の上ロースとまではいかないですけど、
それに似たような質の肉が10枚くらい盛られていました。
そう考えると、CPは高いって事ですかね＾＾
名門カルビは見た目は少々固そうでしたが、
実際には柔らかく、サシも良く入っているので、
肉の旨味と脂の甘みがしっかり出ており、
量も多いのでかなりお得な感じです。
ロースは柔らかくとてもジューシーで旨味たっぷりで美味しかったです。
ロースの割には脂もしっかり乗っていて、ある程度の厚みもあるので、
多少焼きすぎてもそれほどパサパサせず、美味しく食べられました。
今回は2品だけでしたので、ハッキリした評価は付けがたいですが、
この2品を食べる限りでは肉質は良いものを出しているなと。
少々高かったですが、上ロース・上カルビも試してみたかったです。
ただ、ちょっとタレの味が好みではなかったので、
個人的には再訪は当分無いかな・・・と。
ですが、もし機会があれば、上モノを挑戦してみたいと思います。
水じゃなくて冷たいお茶が出てきたのは嬉しかったです。
