全国チェーンじゃない中華料理を食べたくて、近所で
見つけた鉄龍山つきみ野店さんに行ってました。
店前に広い駐車場があって車だと便利です。
GW祝日はランチは無く単品でお願いしますとのこと、
マーボ茄子とスープ付きご飯をそれぞれ注文しました。
マーボ茄子は全体量は少なめですが、茄子の比率が
多くて味付けも好みです。ちょっとだけピリ辛なのも
ご飯が進んで良かったです。
平皿にレンゲではマーボが取りづらいのが難点でした。
