江の島でマラソン大会の後、乗り継ぎの中央林間で「のすけ」さんのラーメンと思ったものの臨時休業、お向かいにいかにも町の中華屋さんと言った感じのお店を発見しました。
麺系も定食系も豊富、でもラーメンモードだったので、五目そば(800円くらいだったかな?)にしました。
すぐに提供されます。
別段悪いというわけではないけど、ちょっと野菜の炒め方が足りず、とろみがない、またスープに深みのない感じ、まあ平均的な町の中華屋さんですね。
まわりは定食系を頼んでいる方が多く、定食が正解だったのかもしれません。
また、機会があれば、今度は定食系にチャレンジしてみます。

丹沢辺りの登山の帰り、お腹ペコペコの17時頃。
まだ早い時間なので、他にお客さんはなし。
生ビール550円込、おつまみ用に小皿の唐揚げ420円込、中華丼870円込（だったと思う）。
唐揚げはサービスメニューかなぁ、なかなかのボリューム、カラっと揚がっているけど、まあ味は普通、まあ安心できる唐揚げです。
以前、五目そば頼んでちょっと出汁が薄目に感じたが、中華丼は塩味メインの味付けも炒め方も好み、汁物より炒め物が好みに近いです。
普通に普通な町中華が出てくる安心感は好きです。
