中央林間で飲むことになりお目当てのお店がやっておらず駅近くの町中華店で飲むことになりました。定食、セットメニューの種類が多く、つまみ用で小皿もありその充実さにテンションが上がります。生ビールで乾杯してネギチャーシュー、餃子、店員さんが賄いで好んで食べる麻婆豆腐を注文。
餃子は皮が薄めで外はパリパリ、中身の餡も美味しく早速お代わりしてしまいました。麻婆豆腐は辛さはそれなりに抑えられ餡が強めの王道ジャパニーズ麻婆豆腐、ネギチャーシューはゴマ油で味付けされ細かく刻まれ食べやすいです。
肉野菜炒め、鳥の唐揚げ、最後に五目チャーハンを注文。このチャーハン具沢山で椎茸はハッキリ食感が分かるぐらいの大きさで椎茸の出汁も出て結構好きですね。接客してくれた店員さんが優しい雰囲気で気付いたら3時間も居ました(笑)居心地の良い町中華店ですね。
