今日は中央林間での用事を終わらせ、お腹が減ったので歩いていて見つけた、こちらのお店「林和」へお邪魔しました。
店内はthe町中華と行った感じで、カウンター席と奥に座敷の席が3席ほどありました。
店内は昼ご飯の時間ということもあり8割ほど席が埋まっていて、地元で人気のお店のようでした。
今日はとてもチャーハンが食べたい気分だったので、エビチャーハンを注文。
エビチャーハンは、エビのプリプリとした食感が、炒飯のふんわりとしたご飯と絶妙に組み合わさっていました。
エビは新鮮で甘みがあり、炒められることで香ばしさが引き立ちます。エビの旨味がご飯と調和し、一口ごとに楽しい食感を提供します。
また、野菜や調味料との組み合わせによって、風味豊かなソースが炒飯に絡みつき、食欲をそそります。
調味料として使われる醤油やオイスターソース、これらの調味料が、エビとご飯を一体化させ、絶妙なバランスを生み出します。
