ずっと食べたかった金賞相模豚焼重。
ようやく念願かないました！
何しろ、月曜、火曜の限定ランチ。
なかなかハードル高いランチです。
仕事の前に頑張って行って来ました。
結果は……？
先に言います！大満足で美味しかった～♪
再訪も決定！(笑)
大和駅から線路沿いをトコトコ歩く。
5分くらいかなSAKEが見えました。
ちょうど食事を終えた近くの、
サラリーマン達が出るところ。
店先は炭火のいい香りがします。
入店すると男性スタッフ二人が、
にこやかに迎えてくれました。
カウンターに座り、
金賞相模豚焼重を注文しました。
おしぼりと氷たっぷり麦茶がうれしいです。
待っている間、
メニューを見返すと、
どれも美味しそうですネ♪
娘と来たいなぁ(*^^*)
さぁ念願の金賞相模豚焼重が、
お盆で運ばれました。
柚子胡椒でお召し上がりくださいって、
綺麗な色の柚子胡椒たっぷりです♪
お重を開ける楽しみ！

わぁ～美味しそう～♪
備長炭で、
香ばしく焼かれた相模豚が8枚も入ってます。
添えられている、
甘くおいしい玉子焼き、
新筍甘辛煮、つぼ漬、刻み高菜。
どれも良い箸休めになりそう。
胡麻ドレッシングのサラダ。
お味噌汁は具沢山で、
新筍、にんじん、大根、豆腐、ワカメ、
ネギです。
麦味噌かな？お味噌汁もおいしい！
豚肉はバラの部位ですが、
肉と脂の層のバランスがいいです。
適度に弾力があり、肉質しっとり。
味付けはタレにくぐらせて
炭火で焼いてあり
噛みしめると脂身の旨味が、
香ばしく美味しい♪
そして豚肉の下に刻み海苔が敷かれ、
タレのかかったご飯と食べると、
本当に美味しいです。
タレの味もいいですねぇ。
そして、
柚子胡椒たっぷりつけて、
また美味しい！
ボリュームもあるし、
新筍煮、玉子焼きひとつひとつも、
おいしくて、来て良かった～♪
大満足ランチ。

地鶏炭焼き親子重も気になります！
また来たいですネ♪
