炭火焼 生け簀が活かす ハーモ(鱧)ニー
大和で平日仕事帰りに乾杯のために訪問。
19時過ぎで半分くらい席が埋まり、その後も続々とお客様が来られます。
店内ゆったり掘りごたつ座敷席とカウンター席。
厨房前のカウンター席で食事させて頂きました。
店内の鑑賞用水槽と思っていたら生け簀でした。
新鮮な魚をいただけるお店です。
鱧(ハモ)の天ぷらはフワフワジューシーで衣サクサク。
関西で夏によく出てくる鱧ですが、関東で今回食べた鱧が今までで一番美味しい鱧でした(^o^)
塩で頂く天ぷら良いですね。
鮎(アユ)の塩焼きは子供のときに奈良の吉野川沿いでバーベキューで食べて以来の大好物です。新鮮な鮎の旨味、お腹あたりは独特の苦味が美味でお酒が進みますね。
明太子だし巻きも絶妙なバランスで美味しく頂きました!
宮崎地鶏の炭火焼も弾力あり、旨味がギュッと詰まっており、柚子胡椒との組み合わせは最高!!
美味しく幸せな乾杯タイムでした。
ご馳走さまでした。
大和駅で美味しい料理で乾杯出来るお店を開拓、嬉しい機会になりました。
