I made reservation on the day day in the evening and visited this restaurant. This is a store that was featured on the TV show "Omoumai Store." I entered the store at the time of my reservation. I was guided to a counter seat and ordered. I ordered the ``Jidori black grilled chicken set meal'' and a drink called ``Tengakatan (mixed with water).'' For my meal, I ordered ``Sagami Pork Ju'' and ``Otsuni'' and a drink and ``Calpis Sour.'' Every time I bake something, my brain goes up. ``Boiled Offal'' Unlike the simmered offal of the northern Kanto region, it was less sweet, the offal was melty, and the burdock root and carrot were flavorful, making it the perfect snack to go with alcohol. ``Sagami Pork Ju'' The meat itself is light, but grilling it gives it a rich flavor. The fat that has fallen just right and the sauce on the rice are just right, making it a delicious meal. ``Black-grilled Jidori Chicken Set Meal'' Bite-sized pieces of chicken that have been charcoal-grilled black are fragrant and can be eaten with rice with the rich flavor of the meat itself. Both of us finished eating. Pay your bill. As I was about to say thank you and leave, I noticed a sign on the wall that caught my attention, so I was moved when I heard the details. (It was an autograph from Tetsuya Naito of New Japan Pro Wrestling) Thank you for the meal. It was very delicious. I will go again.
