お昼にから揚げ定食を食べたのに夜も鳥ですよッと‼️
夜といいながら開店直後なので夕方かな？
てな訳で開店直後に行ってみた鳥清❗️
時刻は土曜日の16時ごろで先客6名ほどの3組です
1人飲みは自分だけでしたよッと
とりあえずクイックメニューのポテサラと
焼き鳥からネギ肉・鳥ハツ・ハラミ・つくを全部塩で
ポテサラはクイックメニューなのですぐに
来ました‼︎ポテサラつまみつつ焼き鳥待ち⁉︎
しばらくして焼き鳥登場❗️
焼き鳥はサイズは小さめで思ってたより普通な感⁉︎
つくねが1番うまかったかな？
お店の名物らしい鳥モモ焼きは？必ず頼むべしッ‼️
これは皮がパリパリでモモ肉ジューシー❗️
めちゃ美味い❗️塩味にニンニク風味な味付け‼️
お酒が進む君❗️タレにするとニンニクペッパー的なのが
かかっているかは不明だが？
次回はモモ焼きをタレで食べてみないな？
ちなみ17時頃にはカウンター以外はほぼ満席でしたよ
ごちそうさまでした。
