「鳥清」の総本山 |
土曜日の18時ごろ、大和の鳥清へ
いつも人気で列ができてる時も珍しくありません。
今回は運良くカウンター席で2名ではいれました。
店内は相変わらず活気がありモクモク。
名物は鳥もも肉（半身焼きくらいの大きさ）なのですが
今回はあえて別路線で、、、
写真を撮り忘れたのですが、
ヒモという豚のホルモン串が美味しいです。
シロコロとは違うのですが、
シロコロみたいなぷりぷり感と油の感じ
よく焼かれてうまい！
串焼きはどれも外れないです。
ネギレバはレバーの串焼きにネギ、
胡麻油をふんだんに乗せてきます。
ミニつくね丼は味噌汁のお椀につくねとネギ、ノリが乗っかっておりこれで350円！コスパ良し、、
パンチレモンサワーメガジョッキでコスパよく持久走。
厚揚げは網焼きなので香ばしくておすすめです。
個人的にショックだったのはポテサラが
いつものパリパリのってないただのポテサラ
（業務用スーパーとかで売ってそうなやつ）
だったことでしょうか(⌒-⌒; )
