17時からオープンのこちらのお店へ。
初めての来店です。
いかにも高そうな感じのお店……。
オープン直後の来店だったので店内は1組もいませんでした。
小上がりの席に案内され、早速メニューとにらめっこ……。
・ロース
・カルビ
・タンカルビ
・ねぎ塩
・チョレギサラダ
・キムチ盛り合わせ
・韓国のり
・ライス
・冷麺
・ビール
・黒ウーロン茶
を注文。
厚切りタン塩を注文したところ、今日は売り切れとの事……残念……＿|￣|○ il||li
そこでタンカルビとなりました。
注文して待っているうちに次々にお客さんが来店です。
予約の方もいたので、少し遅ければ入店できなかったのかな……と思いました。
平日の夜でしたが、あっという間に満席になりました。
待つこと数分で1品、また待ちまた1品という感じでゆっくり出てきます。
まずはタンカルビ。
厚めのタンなのですが、柔らかい！！
ねぎ塩と合います。
ロース……これまた美味しい！
これも柔らかい。
カルビ……これは少し脂っぽいかな。
冷麺……今まで食べてきた冷麺とは一味違うような感じがしました。
キムチ盛り合わせ……ノーマル白菜、白いキムチ、ニラ、らっきょう、きゅうり、大根。
白いキムチは、浅漬けのようなキムチ。
ニラは、ニラの味がそこまできつくなく、らっきょうは甘酢のらっきょうをキムチに漬けた感じでした。
きゅうり、大根はよくあるやつです。
冷麺が提供されるまでにかなり時間がかかりました。
混んでいたので仕方ないのかな……とは思いましたが、全て食べ終わった状況での提供だったので、相手を待たせる感じになってしまいました。
