ランチタイムが１７時迄有るのは有り難いです。
一寸早目の夕飯と言う事で１６時５０分ぐらいに此方の御店に入店しました。
事情を知るマイレビュアーさん曰く、安楽亭はチェーン店でも独立採算制的な面が有るとか。。
確かに店舗によっての格差を感じる事も有りました。はたして此方の御店は如何でしょうか？(笑)
私的には炭火焼の座間店がベストな事も有り私の基準と成ってしまいます。
経年変化を感じる店内は夕飯時前の為か閑散としています。従業員さんも一人で対応って感じでした。
御決まりの中落ちカルビランチとビビンパを注文しました。私的には一寸贅沢な注文です(爆)
さて此方の御店は網焼きですが残念ながらガスでした。ドリンクバースタイルなので珈琲は止めておきました。
中落ちカルビの肉質は座間店と粗同じの良い肉質でナカナカ良い感じです。脂のサシも程良くて高級感の片鱗すら感じます。
最近は全般的に肉質が良くなった感じがする安楽亭です。まぁ、、肉がイマイチだった御店は閉店しちゃってますが。。
ビビンパは特徴が無くて普通すぎでした。ヤンニムやコチュジャンで味付けを追加しないとボケた感じかな？
ワンコイン焼肉でも十分楽しめます。ファミレスでも侮れないですよ(笑)
