かきちゃんぽん : Ringa Hatto Ito Yokado Yamatotsuruma Ten

I'm revisiting. Lunch at the food court. Oyster I want to eat. "Oyster Champon (980 yen)" miso-flavored Champon soup, I'm happy to have two Oyster ~ ♡ Lots of ♪ vegetables like Ringer Hut There are a lot of vegetables, so I feel that there are few noodles. 100 yen for twice as many noodles? If that's the case, it's (^.^) ant Oyster is pre-made and ugly ♪, and the point is that it is browned on one side ☆

I'm back. That said, the last time was before the food court was renovated. I haven't been here in a while. This time I ordered the Colorful Vegetable Champon (890 yen). The green vegetable is kale, with a slightly bitter, adult taste. It's interesting and different from the usual Champon. There's also peppers, pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, komatsuna, and corn. I'm getting a good amount of vegetables and it feels a little healthier. The noodles and soup are the usual Ringer Hut. Consistently delicious ( *´艸｀) But 890 yen is a pretty good price. It's fast food, even though we're in an era when Ramen costs 1,000 yen. Looking at a review from 10 years ago, it was only 650 yen with plenty of vegetables!! If only my income would increase in proportion (/--)/ Thank you for the meal! (^-^)/

皿うどんは、細麺をカリカリに揚げてあって、そこに野菜たっぷりのあんがかかっててウマーっ♪お酢はかけない方が好きかな。。

長崎ちゃんぽん、皿うどん・・無性に食べたくなるメニュー。ご存じリンガーハットが、近所のフードコートにオープンしたので訪問しました。リンガーハットは店舗数が意外と多いのですが、路面店じゃない店舗は初めてかも。

やはりここは長崎ちゃんぽん・・と思っていたのですが、新しいメニューを発見し「野菜たっぷりちゃんぽん（650円）」にしました。キャッチコピーは「国産野菜480g」！！さらに「国産しょうがドレッシング付き」って・・何！？

スープは白濁しており、トンコツ・・っぽくは無いです。でも強いて言えばトンコツ醤油・・なのかな。甘みもあるので野菜も入ってるのかな。独特の味です。

麺は太ちぢれ麺、モチモチ感がウマーっ♪野菜は480gかどうかは分かりませんが、とにかく山盛りで大満足です☆キャベツ、モヤシ、玉葱などなど。。

半分くらい食べたところで、国産しょうがドレッシングを投入。するとスープの味が一変し、しょうがのサッパリ感☆爽やかなスープに変わりました。これはこれでアリです。量が多いと後半飽きてきますが、このドレッシングのおかげで最後まで美味しくいただけました。

ちゃんぽんにするか、皿うどんにするか、いっつも迷ってしまいます。でも～次回は皿うどんに決定！！
